Martin Bird, aka Dr Bird, has worked in the music industry for over 25 years becoming infamous for not only his mean guitar playing but his cooking too; and so this 'Rock and Roll' guide to cooking' was born.

Martin currently works as a music producer, composer and sound engineer for the music, film and TV industries.
He has seamlessly moved from performing in rock bands, composing original soundtracks for film makers to working as a sound engineer both here in the UK and Europe. His clients include the BBC, Talkback productions and SVT (Swedish television).
